Job Summary

  • Responsible for connecting with plan providers regarding quality initiatives and key quality performance indicators.
  • Educates, supports, and resolves provider practice sites issues around P4P, RxEffect, CAHPS, HOS, CTMs, Disenrollments, Appeals, and Grievances.
