Job Summary

  • This position performs prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department/facility policies, procedures and protocols, ensuring optimal care/treatment to the patient population.
  • Employees will educate patients/families regarding procedures, risk factors, and prevention, demonstrating professional behavior and fostering teamwork for quality patient outcomes.
  • The role requires producing high quality images, preparing them with pertinent patient information for timely interpretation, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma from approved Radiology program
  • National certification from ARRT
  • State licensure if applicable
  • BLS certification required
  • 1 year of clinical experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Human relations skills
  • Data analysis and problem-solving abilities
