Must-have

  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledge
  • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) expertise
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) leadership
  • Equipment transfer from development to sustaining
  • Statistical analysis using JMP or Minitab

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma Belt certification preferred
  • Experience with optical, mechanical, electrical systems
  • Lean initiative leadership experience
  • Vendor contract negotiation skills
  • Mentoring engineers and technicians

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • SMRP CMRP certification nice to have
  • CRL certification nice to have
