Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Business or Economics desirable
Strong airline and Food & Beverage knowledge essential
Demonstrated depth of experience across food and beverage operations and customer service development within the airline industry
Well-developed financial and commercial acumen
Proven people leadership capability
Strong track record of managing change
Project management experience
Highly effective communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
