Job Summary
Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Professional Services Scheduling roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that expand customer self-service capabilities and implement intelligent automations.
Lead the strategic implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive Learning Management System to deliver scalable, dynamic adult learning experiences.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and leadership to define and prioritize product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Salary
