Job Summary

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Professional Services Scheduling roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that expand customer self-service capabilities and implement intelligent automations.
  • Lead the strategic implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive Learning Management System to deliver scalable, dynamic adult learning experiences.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and leadership to define and prioritize product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
