Own end-to-end production workflows for podcasts, webinars/virtual events, social assets, and web content—from kickoff through launch and post-launch updates.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase speed and quality.

Base: $80,000-$90,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
