Job Summary
Act as an extension of a client’s Epic team, supporting day-to-day stability and continuous improvement in Epic PB, PB Claims, and/or PB Contracts.
Triage and resolve incoming tickets, handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build, and deliver small optimization projects that improve reliability.
