Job Summary

  • In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world by championing and supporting Continuous Improvement programs.
  • You will drive standardization, simplification and breakthrough thinking through CI, LSS, and Culture of Accountability (CoA) practices, and identify and facilitate the implementation of process improvements and cost savings opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years' experience in high-speed industrial manufacturing
  • Experience with CI, LEAN, OPEX, LSS tools
  • Manufacturing/operations, supply chain, and/or finance experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in change management
