Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facility management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) a plus
  • Proven record of excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical and administrative staff
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and performance
  • Track record of successful budget management and capital planning
