The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is seeking a 4-H Program Technician to assist in planning, developing, and implementing outdoor skills programming for youth. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree related to youth development or education and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Assist in the development and planning of outdoor skills activities and curriculum, including marketing efforts and educational resource development.
  • Collaborate with various staff members and external clients for statewide programming, and attend training for professional development and relevant certifications.
  • Implement programming through facilitation of workshops, support shooting sports and outdoor skills endeavors, manage inventory, and work independently on assigned tasks.
