Salary

Base: $21.85 - $32.80 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Premium pay for shift and on-call; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, health, dental, vision, and retirement match

Key Requirements

  • Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) within two years
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Illinois 20-hour Basic Security Officer course for IL teammates
  • Firearm Owners Identification Card (FOID) for Illinois teammates
  • Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license for Wisconsin teammates
  • Certified in Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) within 90 days
  • High school graduate or GED
  • 1 year of experience in security or public safety
