Job Summary

  • As a part of the GBS Global HR team, this position reports to the HR Head of the Group GBS and works closely with the GBS regional HR teams located in Argentina, Portugal, France, Malaysia and China.
  • The candidate will have an opportunity to play a key role in realizing GBS HR roadmap and gain valuable insights into HR processes and practices.
  • As a VIE, you will collaborate with teams in diverse geographical hubs, gaining a deep understanding of how a world leader in gases, technologies, and services harmonizes its HR practices on a global scale.
