Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience
5 years of program and policy management
5 years of supervisor nature experience
Experience initiating and implementing administrative programs
Experience establishing, applying, and interpreting policies, procedures, and/or laws
Knowledge of NC DMV Laws
Knowledge of management principles and project management skills
Experience setting priorities, strategic planning and goal setting
