You will be an investigator in the Enforcement Department and your primary responsibility is to investigate into offences and/or regulatory breaches under all MAS-administered Acts.
Your responsibilities encompass thorough evidence gathering, conducting interviews, handling of bail procedures and preparing detailed case files as well as providing litigation support.
Specifically to the current role, you will specialise primarily in market abuse cases such as insider trading, market manipulation, and breaches of continuous disclosure requirements.
