Job Summary
The 4-H Youth Development Agent works with volunteers, public schools, and other organizations to deliver research-based, hands-on learning experiences that foster positive and healthy youth development.
The agent works with subject matter specialists to develop educational activities and recruits and trains volunteer leaders to work with youth in clubs and project groups.
