  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians while overseeing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, develop team rotas, and maintain inventory and stock levels within the maintenance department.
  • Ensure strict Accor Brand compliance with regards to H&S, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and take ownership of maintenance operations.
