The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervision.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as observing and verifying resident ingestion or application.
The position requires a licensed Medication Aide and involves participating in quality assurance programs and maintaining resident confidentiality.
