Outbound and inbound phone support
Customer service and telesales experience
Use of ERP system Great Plains
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Troubleshooting patient therapy issues
Data processing in healthcare information systems
Nice-to-have
Ability to prioritise tasks autonomously
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Experience with Microsoft and Google Applications
Key Requirements
At least 1 year sales or customer service experience
Telesales or call centre experience
Ability to interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to solve practical problems and respond to customer enquiries
Excellent computer literacy including invoicing systems
