Must-have

  • 6+ years CMC or CDMO industry experience
  • Direct customer oversight in program management
  • Leading multi-functional program teams independently
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet and MS Excel

Nice-to-have

  • PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification
  • Experience within a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization
  • Strong track record of conflict resolution and negotiation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • 6+ years of CMC or CDMO project management experience
