Job Summary

  • This role provides critical L2 support for our enterprise infrastructure while ensuring seamless business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
  • Handle US Shift starting 12:30 PM EST & provide coverage for early Japan shift to support Windows and Linux L2 support.
  • The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards and eligibility for commissions for applicable sales roles in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
