• Provide application support for trading and finance applications, driving automation, enhancement, and efficiency improvements in application monitoring and production processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors to complete compliance and audit requests, working within ITIL within an Agile production support environment.
• Conduct incident and problem investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation, and plan and implement disaster recovery processes for applications.
