Ecolab Pty Ltd is seeking an HR Administration Manager to oversee personnel-related and administrative tasks at their Ovivo Aqua Austria locations in Styria and Kaunas. Job Summary

  • As HR Administration Manager, you will be responsible for personnel-related and administrative matters at the Ovivo Aqua Austria locations in Raaba-Grambach (near Graz) and Kaunas (Lithuania).
  • Support and development of all HR processes, such as time recording, project time recording, preparation of data for external payroll accounting in Austria and Lithuania, travel expense reports.
  • A position of responsibility with a high degree of autonomy and impact.

Key Requirements

  • Commercial training (HAK, HBLA) or HR Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of Austrian labour law, tax and social security law desirable
  • Knowledge of collective agreement "Metal Technology Industry white collar worker" is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Confident handling of HR software and MS Office
