Job Summary
Lead the Commercial Technology Practice for the Electrical Group as a federated, enterprise-level team made up of dedicated resources and embedded contributors from each business platform.
Serve as the business product owner for the commercial technology ecosystem, including customer relationship management, configure–price–quote, marketing automation, customer portals, and commercial data and analytics.
Partner closely with business platforms to define requirements and functionality that meet business needs and drive strong user adoption.
