This role defines the capability roadmap and delivers scalable CRM workflows while enforcing governance and audit readiness across all field-facing employees.

Salary
Base: $173,200.00 - $272,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days

Must-have
5+ years in CRM or commercial operations
Experience with Veeva or Salesforce platforms
People management experience required
Strong change management skills needed
Vendor management with SLA oversight
Hybrid work model requiring 3 days on-site

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Must work at North Wales, PA office 3 days per week
