Must-have
10+ years construction materials experience
5+ years management experience required
Hot mix asphalt and aggregate plant knowledge
P&L budget development and management
Union jurisdiction and labor agreements knowledge
Heavy equipment maintenance and repair oversight

Strong leadership in matrix management environment
Creative problem-solving under pressure
Excellent consultative communication skills
Ability to balance consensus against authority
Key Requirements
