Manages the Maintenance Department resources to ensure Equipment Reliability, Compliance with Safety & Quality Haleon standards.
Responsible for coaching & executing the Preventive Maintenance strategy for the site, based on Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), Preventative Maintenance (PM) and other industry standards.

Key Requirements
BS in Engineering
10 years of Maintenance experience
7 years minimum of Supervisor or Managerial roles
5 years experience in pharmaceutical or OTC industry
