Job Summary
The Buckeye Link Consultant will serve as a high-level resource on student financial aid issues for staff, especially those in Buckeye Link.
This role provides third-level tier support within Buckeye Link for escalated cases with student accounts and works closely with Buckeye Link to research and resolve complex cases.
The consultant will assist with processing including verification, awarding, and appeals, and will serve as the subject matter expert for training and reinforce training with Buckeye Link staff.
