Must-have
Level 2 AV/VC technical support
Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron hardware
Root cause analysis (RCA)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Incident de-escalation and client support
Travel within EMEA region required
Break-fix tasks within SLA timeframes

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
