Must-have
Backend development with Python/Node.JS
Experience with messaging queues
Full stack development with modern front-end frameworks
API design and consumption (GraphQL and REST)
Managing cross-functional engineering teams
Hybrid work model with office and remote days

Experience with Python Celery or similar frameworks
Familiarity with Kubernetes and GitOps tools
Experience with RPA and workflow automation
Knowledge of HR Tech or Talent Acquisition domain

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years managing software engineering teams
Minimum 5 years hands-on software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Professional fluency in English
Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging queues
