The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for identifying residents correctly before administering treatments or serving meals.
The role requires observing and reporting pressure areas, skin breakdowns, and any changes in eating habits or resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
