Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity/Cost targets within a life sciences manufacturing environment.
The Value Stream Improvement Champion will lead kaizen events, oversee daily mix room operations, and provide backup leadership to the Value Stream Manager.
