Job Summary

  • Negotiates transaction deal documents and facilitates deal closings in a timely manner for CLO and Borrowing Base transactions for mid-tier and some large-tier Global Capital Markets (GCM) clients.
  • Serve as client-facing centralized deal manager for transactions for internal operational and support groups.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
