As an Accounts Co-Ordinator, you’ll help keep the day-to-day finances of our properties running smoothly, ensuring accurate records and seamless experiences for residents and suppliers.

Base: £30,201 - £31,790; Bonus/Equity: Annual performance-related bonus and share schemes; Benefits: Pension up to 15%, flexible benefits, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays

Residential client accounting experience
Use of property management systems
Process daily rent receipts
Prepare and process supplier payments
Support month-end financial processes

Key Requirements
3+ years residential client accounting experience
Experience with PRS, BtR or new build sectors
Knowledge of SLM or Qube systems
