Must-have
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Travel within and outside territory
Technical expertise in spine technologies
Sales and account management
Hands-on surgical procedure support
Field-based role with regional travel
Nice-to-have
Experience with lateral spine procedures
Cadaveric surgical experience
Training sales consultants and physicians
Strong oral and written communication
Teamwork and organizational culture focus
Ability to work under pressure
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or higher with relevant experience
Minimum 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
Ability to travel regionally and outside territory
