Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment functions.
Qualifications include a Nursing Degree or LPN/LVN program graduation, a current unencumbered LPN/LVN license, and CPR certification.
