Job Summary
As a Line Cook you will be responsible for preparing the kitchen with a multitude of tasks including day-to-day meal preparation within all F&B outlets and upholding Autograph Collection standards.
You will perform basic vegetable preparation, sauce preparation, minor butchery, plate dishes, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station.
