  • Be the interface between CX F&V and the data team to transmit information needs for dashboards or data views.
  • Perform analysis and cross-referencing of information to synthesize it and work collaboratively with the CX Manager F&V in translating data analysis findings into clear insights for business, marketing, and/or sales strategies/actionables.
