Job Summary

  • The Senior HEOR Manager is responsible for developing and embedding HEOR solutions to optimize pricing and reimbursement for Bayer products across key countries and regions.
  • Independently leading the development and execution of a global, comprehensive, and scientifically rigorous GHEOR program aligned with the commercial and market access strategies for the brand(s) and key countries.
  • Representing the GHEOR function, managing effective communications with various internal global/regional teams, as well as appropriate external forums and meetings.
