Job Summary

  • This role plays a vital part in the Customer Success and Training department by providing high-level technical support and training to internal and external customers.
  • The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex engineering problems related to AspenTech's Petroleum Supply Chain solutions like Aspen PIMS and Aspen Petroleum Scheduler.
  • Candidates are expected to deliver intermediate to advanced training classes based on engineering principles and conduct pre-sales consultations to identify client needs.

Must-have
