Key Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience

  • Proven experience managing B2B SaaS
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics experience
  • Demonstrated success in scaling finance function
  • Ability to architect '0-to-1' integrated financial models
  • Expert-level command of SaaS KPIs
  • Experience acting as strategic advisor
  • Track record of hiring, mentoring, retaining talent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering
  • MBA from top-tier institution or CFA/CPA designation preferred
