Key Requirements
Bachelors, master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
Completed CI credentialing course, home study adult learning course, or equivalent
Minimum two years of clinical experience
Physical Therapy licensed or eligible in Virginia or West Virginia
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
