Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • The LVN ensures care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and direction from the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor to maintain the highest level of quality resident care.
  • As an LVN, you are delegated the authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties and supervise nursing assistants during your shift.
