Job Summary

• The GPG Engineering End-to-End Process Manager is responsible to oversee and lead the entire engineering process within the Global Product Group (GPG) from creating tenders to supporting marketing quotations and providing Bills of Materials to manufacturing and towards ERP system.
• This role focuses on ensuring process efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• The manager will develop, implement, and manage engineering processes, scale processes to fit various project sizes, and conduct regular process reviews to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.
