Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing and driving the strategic vision and implementation plan for CES competency modeling to ensure visibility into the current state, ideal state and gaps in capability/competency.
  • This position requires a strategic leader who is effective at partnering across Operations, HR, and CES leadership to translate current state of competency models into a future vision and develop & execute an action plan to get there.
  • Lead the design and development of competency model frameworks — including domain structures, proficiency scales, behavioral indicators, assessment criteria, and assessment practices — that serve as the authoritative competency architecture for CES.
