The Patient Service Specialist role is a great steppingstone to other careers within customer service and other departments with Cleveland Clinic.
A caregiver in this position will primarily work 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and will be scheduled to work every 3rd Saturday.
