  • Ensure that Perth Energy’s customers are billed correctly, in accordance with their contract, energy usage and applicable pricing.
  • Respond to customer and internal billing enquiries, receipt and allocate payments, resolve account balance and payment allocation queries, and support Credit and Treasury teams.
