  • Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, technical fluency in analytical and life science markets, and the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution across multiple countries and partners.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of sales and channel leadership experience
  • Proven success managing multi-country indirect sales models
  • Strong technical understanding of analytical laboratory workflows
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting, enabling, and managing distributors
  • Fluent English and Spanish required
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to ~50%
