Job Summary

  • The IAM IT Products sustain Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Encryption and digital certificates, and User management (Provisionning/Deprovisionning, Privileged accounts, Recertification, …) and Directory services.
  • Your job will be split in 4 main domains of activities: Support, Automation, Reporting and CyberIAM, performing these for the Customer Center mainly, but you could also cover Mother Company.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree level or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Operator
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • Knowledge of modern authentication & authorization concepts
  • Knowledge on Powershell and CSharp programming languages
