Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lead end-to-end technology delivery projects
Experience in banking workflows and operations
Strong process mapping and requirement refinement skills
Manage multi-system and multi-vendor delivery environments
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
Nice-to-have
Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow BAW
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of IBM Datacap for document automation
Understanding of FileNet Case Manager ecosystem
Ability to work collaboratively across functions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
