Job Summary
As a Senior Performance Lead, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor to your Technology and Crew General Managers, working with business delivery teams to provide effective delivery oversight.
You will orchestrate the annual and quarterly planning cycle, track and report progress against objectives and key results, and develop a comprehensive workforce strategy for the crew.
